The Oakland Raiders have been eliminated | Nasser Erakat

You can tell which team came to play on Sunday. The Kansas City Chiefs played host to the Oakland Raiders. They both knew it is a must win. The Chiefs played the way you would expect a team to play when their season is on the line. The Raiders on the other hand played with no heart today.

The Raiders couldn’t score a point in the first half and only had a total of 68 yards. Derek Carr does not seem to be the Derek Carr of last year. Even if the Raiders made it to the playoffs, they would be eliminated in the wild card round. The Oakland Raiders could finish the season 6-10.

The Raiders has some big decisions this off season. Sources said that Todd Downing  will not return next year as the offense coordinator. One question we should ask, Is Jack Del Rio the right man for this job? After last season finishing 12-4. The Raiders needed to make changes and they did but it was on the wrong side of the ball. They fired their Offense coordinator when they needed to fire their defense coordinator.

The Oakland Raiders should be in position to get a top 10 draft pick. The General Manager needs to work on the defense. They also need to see which players played hard. In today’ game against the Chiefs, you could tell some players did not play hard. The players seem not to have any passion. I still feel that Derek Carr is the franchise quarterback and Mack on the defense of side. We are just going to have to wait and see how the off seasons turns out and wait for next year.
