This is the million dollar question. There is so many experts out there saying or answering the question at is always being asked; 
When is the Best time to Buy a Home | Nasser Erakat. My opinion would be, when you are ready. Well think about it, if you are not ready to buy and can’t afford it, then don’t do it. A lot of people buy things they can not afford and there is people who buy stuff they do not need. Another Best Time to buy would be go against the norm. If people are buying, then wait. If people are not buying then buy. Do your research, check the comps in the area that you want to buy.

Did you get your answer yet? I don’t think so but that is up to you to decide. Look everyone is looking for the best deal. Everyone is looking for the best price. You only have one life and you don’t know when it is going to end, sorry didn’t mean to be a downer but if you can afford it buy it. The longer you wait, some homes come and
